It is our great pleasure to welcome sport psychologists from all over the world to our International Party "Promoting physical activity and psychological well being", featuring the 11th HSSP National Conference of Sport Psychology with International Participation and the ENYSSP Workshop 2010, hosted by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the University of Thessaly.

The aim of this special event is to bring together international experts in the field of exercise and sport psychology and provide opportunities to discus advances in the fields of their exprertise and share experiences in a relaxed and cheerful mood. The  keynote speakers will present the state of the art in the field, thematic symposia will shed light on particular aspects of physical activity and well-being promotion and workshops will focus on the development of key-skills of contemporary researchers and practitioners. The ENYSSP workshop aims to provide applied experiences to the young and developing sport psychologists interested in enriching their skills and expertise in applied sport psychology.
